Toolstoleads Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a lead generation agency registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number: 17176384). We provide lead generation services to trade businesses and connect homeowners with relevant local tradespeople.
2.Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form on any of our landing pages or websites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details.
3.Our Service
Toolstoleads Ltd provides a lead generation and matching service. When you submit an enquiry, we will:
- Pass your contact details and enquiry information to one relevant trade business in your area
- Contact you by phone, SMS, or email to follow up on your enquiry
- Facilitate an introduction between you and a suitable trade business
We are not a trade business ourselves and do not carry out any trade work. We act solely as an intermediary between homeowners and tradespeople.
4.No Guarantee of Service
While we make every effort to connect you with a suitable trade business, we cannot guarantee that a trade business will be available in your area or that they will be able to fulfil your specific requirements. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by trade businesses we introduce you to.
5.Your Responsibilities
By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You are the property owner or have authority to commission the work described
- You are aged 18 or over
- You consent to being contacted by Toolstoleads Ltd and relevant trade businesses regarding your enquiry
6.Client Terms (Trade Businesses)
If you are a trade business client of Toolstoleads Ltd, the following additional terms apply:
6.1 Lead and estimate definitions
A "qualified lead" is an individual who has submitted a genuine enquiry via one of our landing pages and meets the qualification criteria agreed with you — namely that they are the homeowner (or have authority to commission the work), within your service area, within your stated budget, requiring your service, on a matching timeframe, and with genuine intent to obtain an estimate. A "qualified estimate" is an appointment with a qualified lead that has been booked into your nominated calendar. A qualified estimate is counted as delivered at the moment it is booked into your calendar, regardless of whether the lead later attends, reschedules or cancels.
6.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually with each client and set out in a separate client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of lead delivery.
6.3 Guarantee and refunds
We aim to deliver at least 15 qualified estimates into your calendar in each rolling 30-day period. If we deliver fewer than 15 in a period, we will refund the value of each qualified estimate we fall short of 15 — calculated as the service fee for that period divided by 15, multiplied by the number not delivered (the "Kinder Than Santa Guarantee"). This guarantee applies only where you have kept your campaign running at or above the agreed minimum daily ad spend, maintained access to a working booking calendar, provided accurate qualification criteria, and paid your fee when due. Full terms, including how refunds are calculated and paid, are set out in your separate service agreement.
6.4 Non-Compete
Client trade businesses agree not to contact leads introduced by Toolstoleads Ltd through any channel other than the enquiry for which they were introduced, without the lead's explicit consent.
7.Intellectual Property
All content on our websites and landing pages, including text, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Toolstoleads Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolstoleads Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or any work carried out by trade businesses we introduce you to. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for our services in the preceding 12 months.
9.Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at toolstoleads.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
